Proverbs 20:9

"Who can say, "I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin."?
-Proverbs 20:9

This is a verse that God brought to my attention while spending time with Him tonight. I'll tell you what I got out of it, and you may get something different but this is what God taught me.

We ALL make mistakes. No one is perfect, and no one has a totally clean heart except for Jesus. Everyday we make sin, everyone of us. We are all sinful people, but the cool thing is, is God loves us all the same. He looks past the sin, and loves everything about us. He forgives, and forgives, and forgives. He never says, "okay I'm done forgiving, get your life in order, and STOP sinning." No He never says that because He is ALL forgiving, and ALL loving!

I'll give you an example, I sin by taking the part of my life I gave to God, back in my own hands, and trying to fix my problems on my own. I give it back to God practically right away, but I still take it away from God when I promised Him, He could have it. I broke a promise, and that is sin.

Out of my time tonight with God, I was told that because everyone is a sinner, that means no one is perfect, but I know we all try to be. One thing that really hits hard and deep with me, is when I see people that are scared to give everything to God, because they don't feel "clean" enough. NEVER feel like you aren't worthy of God. He loves you SO much, He doesn't care if you are covered in sin and you don't even look like yourself because your so covered up in it, or if you only have a little sin on you. God wants to clean you, and make you white again. He wants to LOVE you!

You can't be replaced, remember that! No one in this whole world will EVER take your place. God has a special place set for you in Heaven that can only be filled by you. He will never give up your spot, He is always waiting for you.

He wants to love you with an everlasting love. He wants to adore you, and protect you. Let Him! You will NEVER regret it...I haven't! :)
